This bronze body, self-priming impeller pump will produce a dry prime suction lift of about 4' and has a maximum head of 20'. Use for bilge pumping, livewell circulation, washdown, and general pumping applications. Cannot be run dry. Permanent magnet type motor is fully enclosed with a stainless steel shaft and complies with USCG Electrical Standards 183.410 and ISO 8846 marine for ignition protection on gasoline powered vessels. If the water contains a significant amount of oil use oil resistant nitrile impeller #6303-0003. Ports: 1/2" internal pipe threads, 1" external hose barb & 3/4" external garden hose adapter. NOT TO BE USED IN POTABLE WATER SYSTEMS.
