Rugged 4' transom tie down. Wear resistant polypropylene webbing withstands the many rigors of the road and the marine environment. A cam-over lever locks the webbing in place. Backing the lever is a webbing pad that prevents scratches on the boat surface. Webbing "fingers" attached to the pad secure loose tie down ends with hook-and-loop fasteners. Vinyl-coated hooks protect boat and trailer finishes.
